The 10 ten gifts for men |
|
How many men do you have in your life? If you count up all the men you buy presents for - husbands, dad, brother, son, uncle, nephews, friends then you've probably got a huge list of people to buy presents for. The best place to start with gift buying is to identify who you're buying for and how much you want to spend on them. Once you've decided the budget then you can start with thinking about what sort of gifts you want to get, whether you want to get several small gifts or one large present. Nothing comes to mind straight away for a gift? Think if they've dropped any hints recently for anything. A great hint is to write down the hints people drop so you don't forget - and if you ask what books they're looking forward to coming out, or even any films or games they may be waiting to be released. Think about what hobbies the man has, If you're not sure then you need
to find out more about this man. Some people have hobbies that you might
not know about - you might not know that they go every week to a drama
group or a film club or that they're addicted to going to watch stand
up comedy. All the things we do that interest us are opportunities for
a present idea. Traditional gifts for men include aftershave, socks, handkerchiefs, slippers! These are all things to avoid unless you know the man in question has a huge gap in their life that needs to be filled by one of these gifts. For instance, if you know somene loves a particular brand of aftershave but it's quite dear so they don't buy it very often then this may be a gift opportunity for you to step in and buy it for them. Avoiding duplicate films and books can be tricky unless you have unfettered access to their DVD collection and their bookshelves. A way round this is to pick films and books that are new out - this means that they're very unlikely to have the latest release so you're sure to get something they've not already got. If you can look through their book collection or dvd films then you might spot something missing, in which case you could ask subtle questions to ensure they really don't have it and then order the book or film as a pressie for them. If you're getting nowhere with the above suggestions then why not pick an experience day for them? There's such an array of exciting adrenaline days or driving events or trips to pick from that you're sure to find something just right. Buy a gift has an excellent range of experience days for men. If the
man in your life loves cars then they might really appreciate one of
the driving days available online. There is a wide range of driving
days available so whatever sort of vehicle they'd like to drive, they
can! I've stayed away from saying car as they also have tank days, quad
bikes and other types of vehicle! Tanks and monster trucks will be a thrilling day out for someon people - if you know someone who've been dying to drive one of these then you can book it online easily now. You don't pick the day - the recipient is able to do this, so it makes it a flexible gift for someone who is busy or if you don't know when they'd like to go.
