After a break to catch your breath, drive for another seven un-paced laps in the single seater, then upgrade to a stunning Formula 3 single seater for ten laps. You're strapped into the open cockpit with your legs stretched out into the nose of the car, the steering wheel in front of you and the gearstick between your legs. This is driving at its limits, as done by the pros; just you and the car. Your experience starts with a briefing about safety and track craft. Next you'll warm up with three laps of Knockhill's 1.3-mile championship racetrack in a Seat Ibiza Cupra to hone your circuit driving technique, followed by two demonstration laps by your instructor in a Seat Leon.
